Niagara Resource Service For Youth
The RAFT is operated by the Niagara Resource Service for youth and helps kids living on the street and those at risk of being on the street. For homeless and at risk street youth, the RAFT provides a Resource Drop In Centre, Hostel and Steps to Independent Living Program.
Through its Neighbourhood Awakening Initiatives, and After School Programs, the RAFT helps young people and local groups make positive changes in their neighbourhoods.
The Youth Reconnect Program supports at risk youth in their home communities and prevents them from having to leave the Region to obtain services.
